岗位职责:
To sell ACE products and services by telephone, including new sales, cross-selling, upgrades and policy retention to generate revenue. Provide exceptional customer service to customer as an advisor on the use of ACE’s product to fulfill customer needs. Observe established corporate policies, procedures and guidelines throughout the sales and communication to best our customers. Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To ensure that all information provided to customers are of quality and accuracy to meet and exceed customer expectation.
2. Utilize effective listening and customer service skills to identify customer needs to provide consultative selling. And verbal communications to provide and clarify information, solicit and/or provide feedback, identify issues and concerns and act in a responsible manner to meet customers and department needs.
3. Participate in team meetings and ongoing specialized training to ensure the accuracy of information communicated to customer, reinforce confidence in ACE products and services, and contribute to increase customer satisfaction. And in briefing session before each program and keeps records of all calls made.
4. Responsible for the accuracy and completion of enrolment forms and other customer related materials/collaterals (referral forms, GIRO) for submission.
5. Sell and promote the company’s products and services by making telephone calls to new and existing customers with the purpose of generating revenue.
6. To comply with industry regulations at all times. And adherence to established corporate policy procedures and guidelines.
7. ADE to adhere to call list provided by the respective sponsors to conduct their sales call. And must apply the jointly established sales scripts and positioning provided by the respective sponsors and company. 8
. Handles standard customers’ enquiries and provides them with necessary services. And to refer difficult queries to Senior ADE representative or Team Leader.
9. Work and participate on any special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
10. Provide feedback to team leader with respect to the success of the telemarketing campaign and ideas for enhancements Benefits & Welfare
1. Monthly salary S$1800 + Sales Commission
2. Up to 1.5 month Year end bonus
3. 2 years contract subject to approval from the Singapore Immigration
4. Work schedule are Mondays through Fridays from 9am to 5:45pm daily.
5. Working time 44hrs per week.
6. 14 days Annual leave, 14 days of paid medical leave and 60 days of hospitalization leave

1. 全日制大学本科毕业,有1年以上相关销售、市场及管理相关工作经验
2. 全日制大学专科毕业,有3年以上相关销售、市场及管理相关工作经验
3. 英语口语流利,书写良好
4. 30周岁以下,女性,相貌端正,为人诚实,正直,细心,热情, 话音甜美 |
